Club 25's Westmoreland Foundation
2007 Project

The Westmoreland Rotary 25 Foundation presented their first major gift to the community on Thursday July 19th.The Westmoreland Foundation provided $10,000 to the SMDC Foundation to furnish the new children's emergency room waiting area.
 

 The foundation was established with the sole purpose of carrying on the Rotary tradition of "Service Above Self". Wes Westmoreland, after whom the foundation was named, lived his life for others. His belief in Rotary and what Rotarians around the world strive to accomplish through donations and hands-on projects prompted this gift.
